1. About your order
     1.1 Can I cancel my order?
We are very sorry, but as a general rule, if the shipping arrangements have been completed after the order has been placed, we cannot accept the cancellation of the order due to customer's convenience.
     1.2 Can I change the order details or change the shipping address after placing the order?

2.Payment
    2.1 What payment methods do you accept?
You can choose any of the following payment methods.
・Credit card payment
・ KOMOJU smartphone payment (LINE Pay, Merpay)

3. Can I change the payment method?
Payment cannot be changed after the order has been confirmed.

4. Do you charge for shipping?
It will be free shipping.

5. Where is the shipping company?
The delivery company uses either Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.

6. How many days will it take to receive the ordered products?
Please check the page of the product you are considering because it differs for each product.

7. Can I change the delivery address of the product?

9. Product not shipped
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping information. If you have not received this email, please contact customer support.
If you have already received the above email, please contact the delivery company directly.

10. If I purchased the wrong product, can I return it?
As a general rule, we do not accept exchanges or returns of products.
As an exception, we will accept exchanges and returns within 7 days after receiving the product only if the product arrives different from the order or if the product is defective. In the above cases, the shipping fee for returning the product will be borne by us.

11. How do I process a return?

12. The product does not work as described. I would like to exchange a defective product.
